16.11.24 Yoga and Meditation for inner Balance
When the mind becomes silent and is directed inwards, the Self appears. This leads to a state of deep inner balance.

18.1.25 'Experience the State of Being through Yoga and Meditation
The 'state of being' is covered by many circling thoughts. In this workshop we will experience this state through various yoga and meditation techniques.

We will practice a combination of asana-s (body postures) and pranayama-s (breathing exercieses) with Anita and meditation and relaxation techniques with Joe. In addition we will cover some yoga philosophical concepts related to the topic. The workshop will be in English and German, translation if needed. The workshop is suitable to all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga with Annina

Description Yoga/Meditation Classes

Meditation

The class will cover a topic of yoga philosophy with a suitable meditation/yoga practice. We will practise some breathing exercises and body movements and meditate together. All are welcome. Classes are held in English.

Hatha Yoga Beginners

This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students. The level will be adapted to the participants. If you have back pain or special needs please inform the teacher in advance.

Hatha Yoga Open Class

This is an open class for all yoga students. Depending on the participants the level will be adapted. There will be both static postures and flowing squences with the breath.

Vinyasa Yoga Open Class

This class is suitable for all yoga students. Depending on the participants the level will be adapted. Vinyasa Yoga is a Hatha Yoga style with flowing sequences coordinated with the breath.

In the meditation classes we always discuss a topic from the yoga philosophy

A few suggestions for the yoga and meditation classes: 

  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • No heavy food for 2 hours before the class
  • Practice barefoot or with toe socks
  • The exercises should never be painful - in case of pain please stop and tell the teacher
  • Don’t hold your breath during the exercises
  • Don’t force the breath
  • Maintain awareness of body and breath throughout the practice

Hatha Yoga with Elisabeth
