Meditation/ Yoga Therapie
Meditation connects us to the centre of our being and allows us to break free from our endless circling thoughts. Through various concentration, contemplation and meditation techniques the mind calms down and we can experience stillness and happiness.
Meditation can be practised by all, independent of age, culture and religious background. It calms the mind (thoughts and emotions) and connects us to our own selves. On the Yoga path meditation has a very important role to play.
Mental stresses often show themselves in the physical body. Through meditation the stress levels are reduced and the body functions much better. In Aditya we offer a holistic approach towards health and wellbeing, by addressing various levels of our being: the body, the mind, the emotions and the energies.
Meditation can be practised for various reasons:
- inner peace and balance
- inner contentment, independent of outer circumstances
- to reduce stress-related disorders, problems
- to clear subconscious patterns and tendencies
- to recognise: Who am I?
In Aditya we offer group courses as well as privat lessons in meditation.
We also offer meditation/yoga therapy sessions.
Private Lessons Meditation/Coaching
In the private sessions Kaustubh (Joe) will devise an individual program adapted to your needs and depending on how much time you have to practise. Depending on your life situation there are various methods, so that you can integrate meditation/yoga in your daily life.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is very effective in relieving stress related disorders and removing blockages in the energy channels (nadis) and chakras. This has a direct impact on our emotional well being, helps calm the mind and allows us to feel centred and positive again.
Using various techniques from Yoga Therapy, Kaustubh will help to restore balance in your body, mind and energy system.
